Getting crafty

Recently, during my semester break (sometime May, I think) I made this shredded scarf from an old maroon Gap T I had lying around the house.

It was a bit oversized and the dye kept bleeding in the wash so I think my sister & I never really liked/wore it. Since it was unwanted, I did this (you can check out the whole site for more AWESOME DIY ideas): 

This is the scarf I made following the instructions above:

Except I mixed bleach (Clorox) with water in a spray first. Then I sprayed the T-shirt. Next, I just cut the strips and the scarf is done!! :D
